BB is a liar and there is no way I’d have him in my kingdom. He’s not even that clever. Certainly not my best work. Did he seriously say that he does “science and math and stuff?” In 500 million years he will have a full 26 hours in the day to think about how much of an idiot he is. Clearly a man who has advanced himself through the known realms of math (stats and calculus and stuffz) and science would have no need to write with a level of grammar easily obtained by a groggy eyed high school student in order to portray his “ubertheories” to the layman doctoral professors. Sorry other human beings… I can barely take credit for ‘that’ one.

Right, but that’s my point, the lion was also considered a pest. Samson ripped one up and David had to fend them off from the sheep he was protecting (used it as a boast against Goliath). So Jesus, as a lion in Narnia, represents strength but he’s also a predatory pest.

Within Judaism, the Tribe of Judah is symbolized by a lion. In Genesis, the patriarch Jacob (“Israel”) gave that symbol to his tribe when he refers to his son Judah as a “Young Lion” (Genesis 49:9) when blessing him.

In Christian tradition, the Lion of Judah represents Jesus. Jesus was from the tribe of Judah and he is mentioned as the “Lion of Judah” in Apocalipsis (Revelation)

This is clearly the reason why C.S. Lewis selected the lion to represent Jesus.

“Based on faith” really irks me. Like that argument in “Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy”. We do not “need” blind faith. For me, faith that I have is faith in proofs. So I have proof, in that the Biblical prophecy aligns with real events (more information at the website linked), and faith being that I have faith that these proofs will suffice.
