In the future, there are artificial forms known as A.L.I.A.S.'s, which stands for "Artificial Lifeforms Intended for Assassination and Sabotage." Sounds like predestination to me.
This is episode one. I'll be posting episode two next. Seems to me if humans design artificial lifeforms to be killers, then how is that different from God designing humans with the ability to kill and commanding them to do so (Joshua, David, etc).
If God were truly peaceful I would think he would have safety-proofed the world and do regular maintenance. You fall down, the ground catches you and bounces you back up. Someone accidently stabs you, your body heals itself instantly. You realize that if God gave everyone the ability to heal instantly wars would be so futile that we humans just might achieve some sort of peace--or at the very least simply engage in "Yo Mama" contests to settle land disputes.
Obviously it is evolution that has equipped us with our abilities to maim, for better or for worse.
